Welcome to Embodied Art & Wellness. By accessing this website or participating in any services offered by Embodied Art & Wellness, LLC (“Embodied Art & Wellness”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Nature of Services
Embodied Art & Wellness provides creative and somatic wellness experiences designed to support personal reflection, self-discovery, and growth.
Services may include:
Individual sessions
Group experiences
Workshops
Creative expression practices
Mindfulness or movement-based activities
These offerings are provided for wellness and personal development purposes only.
Not Psychotherapy or Medical Treatment
Although some practitioners may hold professional licenses in mental health or related fields, services offered through Embodied Art & Wellness are provided as wellness-based experiences and do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment.
Participation in services does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, emotional distress, or a crisis, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or medical provider.
Emergency and Crisis Support
Embodied Art & Wellness does not provide crisis counseling or emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911, 988, or a licensed provider immediately.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in creative, reflective, and somatic practices may involve physical movement, emotional exploration, and personal reflection. By participating in services offered through Embodied Art & Wellness, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being during and after sessions.
Participants agree to engage at their own pace and to discontinue any activity that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
Embodied Art & Wellness and its practitioners are not responsible for injuries, discomfort, or emotional responses that may arise from participation in voluntary activities.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in services unless accompanied or registered by a parent or guardian. By participating in services, you confirm that you are able to participate in creative or movement-based activities safely and voluntarily.
Virtual Participation
All sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for:
having a stable internet connection
joining sessions from a safe and private environment
maintaining appropriate behavior during sessions
Embodied Art & Wellness is not responsible for technical issues that occur due to a participant’s internet connection or device.
Embodied Art & Wellness may utilize third-party platforms for scheduling, communication, payment processing, and virtual sessions. We are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.
Materials for Creative Activities
Some sessions may involve creative expression or reflective practices. Participants may be encouraged to have materials available such as:
paper
drawing or art supplies
journals
a comfortable space for movement or reflection
Materials may vary depending on the session or workshop.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments and sessions must be scheduled in advance. If a participant cancels with less than 24 hours notice, they may be charged up to 50% of the session fee. Missed sessions or “no-shows” may be charged the full session fee. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling. Participants are encouraged to contact administration as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
Payment Terms
Certain services may require payment prior to participation. By purchasing or scheduling services, participants agree to comply with Embodied Art & Wellness’s Financial Agreement, cancellation policies, refund policies, and payment authorization requirements where applicable.
Participant Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully with practitioners and other participants. Embodied Art & Wellness reserves the right to remove individuals from sessions or discontinue services if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Embodied Art & Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation in services if a participant’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or not aligned with the purpose of the program. Participants who engage in behaviors that interfere with the safety, respect, or well-being of practitioners or other participants may be removed from a session or experience at the discretion of the practitioner or administration.
Embodied Art & Wellness also reserves the right to decline services if it is determined that a participant’s needs are outside the scope of the wellness services offered.
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling may be determined at the discretion of Embodied Art & Wellness.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and practices shared through Embodied Art & Wellness—including written materials, exercises, workshops, and program content—are the intellectual property of Embodied Art & Wellness unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in creative and somatic practices involves personal reflection and voluntary engagement.
By participating, you acknowledge that Embodied Art & Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for any personal outcomes, decisions, or experiences resulting from participation in services.
Participants assume responsibility for their own well-being during and after sessions.
Embodied Art & Wellness does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, creative, or wellness outcomes from participation in services. Outcomes vary based on individual participation and circumstances.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how personal information is collected and used.
Changes to These Terms
Embodied Art & Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
